    New member 19

    Whats up world, about to start my first cycle of testonon, im 19 and have been lifting for 5 years, my current stats are 6'2'', 195, max bench is 330. Ill post before and after pics once i get my camera working. Any diet, lifting tips would be helpful

    Do some reading before you start your cycle.. Your about to hear from alot of people that you are too young to Juice. (And you are) Just take in what people are trying to tell you. You should wait until your at least 22-23 before you start.

    I know your going to take them anyway so Good luck. And post some before and after pics....
