    Question Non Chronological Newbie

    Hello New Friends To Be:
    I have a long winded question: After years of being a natural lifter, I had the control of an Ex President and shot up to 350 lbs (I'm 5 8). Due to health complications due to obesity, I had gastric bypass surgery back in January 2003. I have lost 160 pounds! But I'll bet I lost at least 75% of my strength. It's embarrasing at work and the gym. I tried some EBAY Andro to no avail. Is there anyone out there that has been through this? How do I get started? What are some products that in addition to lifting will bring me back? Any information is greatly appreciated.

    Bro forget the prohormones - too many sides - start lifting hard and get your diet in check ( enough protein ) and read and learn on this site - BTW congrats on the weight loss and welcome to AR
