Just joined up last night asking some questions about lab rats lol.

My mother passed away from cancer in early december of 09'. 2009 and the past few months were a rough ride, and I've gained a bit of weight throughout the ordeal, but im here to change that

I will be moving from ny to miami for school in about 4-5 months and I want to look good for southbeach lol!

21y, 6', 250lbs
Unsure of BF%, im sure its pretty damn high after all Ive gone thru.
Ill post pics asap so that the members of the board may give me some insight.


Looking to get down to 200 or so, I dont like the look of being a twig and neither does the girlfriend, she wants a MAN not a skinny little boy.

Im starting a clen cycle as soon as it comes in, and have been following a pretty solid diet with cardio for about 3 weeks

Nice to meet you all and hopefully I will learn a lot and achieve my goals with the support of this forum
