    Anyone in Arizona?

    Hi all. I have been browsing the posts for a few months now, even posted a few, but never really introduced myself. I am 31 yrs old, 5' 11" 210lbs. Approximately 12-15% bf. Been working out on and off (mostly on) for the past 13 years, and I am ready to take it to the next level. This site rocks for information. Anyone lifting heavy in the desert?
