    New guy says Hi Yall

    just found this website and had to join up. Looks like you guys have lot of knowledge and experience.

    Im 27 yrs and have been a "brickie" laborer (carrying mud for union bricklayers) since I graduated HS.

    Been lifting serious since 10th grad but never took steroids .

    All for now... ill have lots of questions after I read all those educational articles on the site.
