Been reading a while, esp about joints. Got turned on to AR by clockworks, who I'm sure many of you know. I'm a wirey thin bastard with too high of a metabolism but I'm basically just looking to learn and going to try to get from 155 to around 180...? That's going to be really hard for me because my body resists putting on weight; good news is my body fat is low and at 180 even with more fat I'd look pretty good. I've put on five pounds since I started working out a couple monthes ago and I'm psyched. Before that I literally hadn't changed weight since highschool even though all I do now is sit on my ass and punch buttons (25yo now). Just wanted to say word, planning to be here for a while-

Right on bro, welcome. I was at 142 4 years ago. Now I'm at 187. Coulda gotten here a lot **** faster if I would have known about this website.
