    Hello

    Just wanted to introduce myself as a Newbi, actually a 45 years old newbie. Hope that doesn't make me the old guy around here. Some guys my age start thinking about the things they haven't done and then go jump out of a plane. Great if that's what you like. I' just decided I'd work toward getting the ripped, buffed body I want. Been at it strong for a good 1.5 years and thinking about taking a walk on the dark side. Hope you folks can help with advice and I can somehow be of help to you.
