I hate to bash on a board that i have ben a member for so long but this board is much more informative than Anabolex and in what we are doing/using information (correct) is so very vital. there are a lot of good guys and ladies on bolex by no means am i wanting to offend them but this board is much better all around.

Ummm I just dont get it.
You start a thread saying how good this board is by naming another board it is "so much better than" but say you hate to bash on it.
I reckon you love to.
I'd like to see you start a thread there saying "This board is so much worse than Anabolic Review"
