I am a 31 year old from the great mid-west. I have been coming here and learning for quite some time, though I never posted until now because I am new to AS and have no real previous experience to speak from. But I have been doing my homework, (believe me!!!) and I do believe it's time!

Although I have not done AS (YET! ), I am no stranger to working out! I have been working out for the better part of 14 years, and unfortunately I wasn't blessed with very good bodybuilding genetics....but with the knowlege I am getting from all of you good people here and the wealth of information at my fingertips I intend to soon Change that!

Well, I just thought I'd say Hi and get aquainted with the Bro's here...

Hi there pitbull. Im pleased you have decided to take the plunge and do a course of AS. Im sure you won't regrewt it as long as you read up on the wealth of information on this site. Hell, I was a t the doctors about 3 month ago now and I was the one giving him the lesson on AS cos he didnt have a clue. But speak to some of the more senior members on the board cos they know there sh1t.
