Hey, i have been training for a long time and just started again back from a lower back injury, still hurt but hey the flame is inside me a lot and i miss training so much lol.

I dont wanna use steroids anymore but will use some good dieting tricks and training to achive my goal which is less bodyfat and better muscles definition. :banana:
