welcome to AR. Best place to start is by reading the educational forums and the members cycle results forum. The profiles on the mainpage are being updated so that will be a good place to look as well. Nobody here is really going to recommend that you start taking AAS after a few months of training. A few years would be better, plus that will give you some time to learn about them and whatnot. have fun :)
I agree learn as much as you can about diet/training/ recovery/ AAS, the first 3 are the most important.Quote:
