    Cool hi people, yet another baffled newie!!

    hi ppl just registered and im a complete novice 2 steroids , bn lifting 4 a few months now, 6ft 2, 14st 5. bn interested in doin steroids 4 a while now and have no idea were 2 start. would prefer tablets! any ideas.

    welcome to AR. Best place to start is by reading the educational forums and the members cycle results forum. The profiles on the mainpage are being updated so that will be a good place to look as well. Nobody here is really going to recommend that you start taking AAS after a few months of training. A few years would be better, plus that will give you some time to learn about them and whatnot. have fun

    I agree learn as much as you can about diet/training/ recovery/ AAS, the first 3 are the most important.
