    Talking Help and suggestions

    I am 6'1" 200 lbs I just turned 31 noticed alot of changes in my body I have been looking into anabolics to help rectify any loss in my hormones. I want to slow the aging process. I used to work out quite a bit but have been laxing. I am going to start a cylcle soon but havent worked out all of the details where to get, which would be the best to start with and cost my research only does so much i need tryed and true methods. any suggestions would be great. I was referred by a friend to this sight and he swears by it.

    First off welcome to AR. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking are you asking for cycle suggestions maybe?....... First read all the education threads and the other sticky's and if that doesn't answer your q's then post a thread and ask.

    For a first cycle, go test E only, or do some test e with deca or eq. nothing to harsh
