    Sup?

    Hey people! Great site I think this be my first post. I am not scared to say whats on my mind, mostly it's all positive anyway so things move in positive direction. Started iron late in live but I am loving it, been lifting bout year and 1/2 sorta keeping me very happy great way to fight depression. I work out 5 days a week and my wife is even getting into the act. stay cool.
