From LI NY and new to site!

Glad I found this site. The web is so jaded with misinformation, I have only been here an hour and am saturated with knowledge. Incredible.
I have dedicated myself to the gym for 18 months and can honestly say it works!

Thanks everyone. Just to follow up after running around the site a couple of days, boy this place can be a tough crowd. I have never used any thing except for some OTC GNC products, and am interested in some "Get Help", but am swinging on the fence right now. I am in no rush to gear up, which seems to be the best advice everyone is giving right now.
How I would like to ask the question what is the best so and so but will not dare for the fear of the flame. At this point of my training I can be very patient, while aquiring all of the knowledge as I start to arm myself for myself, after all it is about making yourself better.
In a short while, I will post pics and use this site as a small journal, it has provided my with even more motavation. Hopefully it will as so serve as some self satisfaction for other memebers that have helped me on my quest.
