    Hey, bros I've been hangin around and readin, readin, readin. A lot of good solid info to help us newbies become educated. I am 28 been liftin for 10 years sometimes hard and sometimes not. 5' 10" 175 9% bf, lookin to get real with another bro of mine and take it to the next level. workin on my first run, will post cor critics when finalized. later
