New To AR
Hey All i'm just getting back into the gym from a leave of absence. I'm really hitting it hard 6 days a week doing 1 major and 1 opposing bidypart a day, here is what my split looks like
Mon. chest & bi's calfs
Tue. Hamstrings & abs
Wed. back & tri's, calfs
Thur.shoulders abs & traps,
Friday. Off
Sat. Quads & Abs
Sunday. Lower Back, and 10-15 min on treadmill for heart health
i'm looking to buy and start my first cycle and would like some help with training tips and cycle selection thanks alot.
