    The new kid

    Just wanted to say hi.....I have been lurking on the site for about a year now just reading up and learning whatever i could. Figured it was time to join up to learn even more.

    just to give everyone my stats
    Age-21
    Height- 6'6"
    Weight- 250lbs
    BF- 15% (i guess from looking at others pictures) ive never had it checked.
    I have never done a cycle (Yet!!!!)
    Ive been training for about 3 years on and off for basketball. However within the last year i started to get my diet down and really started to make some gain and lose all the baby fat i have held on to. Im looking forward to increasing my knowledge and taking my body to the limits.
