I am not new to the fitness game, but as a U.S. Marine I want to get ahead so here it goes!!!!
I am 25yrs old, 73 in tall, wiegh in at 220 lbs, and I am 17% body fat.
My goal is to be 210 at 8 or 9%.
Now some people say low weight high reps will do it, and some say use a thermogenic. I haven' seen any results in 3 months doin' that work-out and takin' lean system 7.
what am I doin' wrong? any sugestions are welcome. Thank you in advance
