I came here cause I wanted to find some information about putting a kick into my development and eventually workup to a my goal. I have been working out all through high school and part of college for rugby and football but now I want to get into serious body building. I have been here for a little over a month and all I can say is this board is awesome as well as all the members in it. Hit me up with any advice or tips that you think a newbie should know.
