    New guy here!

    Hi im WNxGator Im here to learn. This is an awesome bord with alot of good info!! I plan to learn it and then apply it.
    My goal is to to build some muscle from my 260 lbs of fat. then lean out to about 220, 5'10", 19-20"biceps, and huge wheels. Im setting my goal for 2 years since i have alot of work to do. Any support and info will be greatly appricated.
