Well just wanted to say hi. I really don’t know much about anabolics at all, just the little research that I have done on my own. Unfortunately 95% of what I find is on the terrible affects of steroids . I duno how much help I could get but maybe just a little advice on whether anyone thinks its for me would help. First off I’m a small guy only like 5’4” and in the Marine Corps. I have noticed quite a few guys on here are marines which is cool. Anyway before I joined (2 years ago) I weighed like 100lbs. went to boot camp etc then I gained like 30lbs. Which was great, I thought I looked good felt great and enjoyed the progress I made. After that though I have been steadily dropping. Got back from Iraq and only weigh 111. I can’t gain weight worth crap. I put in some time into weight lifting etc. but I just cant seem to gain weight, tried Muscle Tech products for a while and all I get is bad gas. Hah. Anyway, I could post a pic if anyone cared but I think you get the jist. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for the link. I ran threw the calculator and figured out what my daily intake should be. I just wish I had a convenient way in which to have 7 – 8 meals a day. Any marines want to fill me in on how they are pulling it off. We all see people taking meso-tech and the like all of the time, but I wish there was a better way to bulk up in my situation. I’ll just have to figure out how to work it into my schedule.

All you have to do is type in the topic you are interested in in the search and you will find plenty of good info.
