    Another Newbie.......

    Hi everyone..... Just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently in Iraq with the Army, been here for about 11 months and on my way back to the states in a few weeks. I'm 6' tall, weighed 215 lbs. before I got here and I have withered away to 180 lbs. I look like a walking stick. Hopefully after returning to a good diet(the food here blows) and a normal workout, I can get back above 200 lbs. After I "normalize" I want to start on a cycle and see what I can achieve. This forum seems like a good place to get all the information I need before getting started. I hope I don't ask too many stupid questions. But hey, the only stupid question is the one not asked right?
