New here..... got a question of course too!
Hello everyone!
I'm here because I heard a lot of people here know all right the info! I've gotten riped of in the past with getting stuff. So I decided to take the safe route. I'm not sure where to post a thread such as this, so I will just post it here and hope to get a response.
I was thinking about taking 1AD. Anybody ever taken this before? If ya don't like it what do you recommend? I would rather take something that works a little than take something that might not even be real. So shoot any recommendations or answers my way. It will be much appreciated.

welcome bro....tell us your stats and your lifting experience, then we can help you try and accomplish whatever you want.....you're obviously not ready to start anything anytime soon though

I'm not to the point where I want to start anything real serious yet. But I'm
5' 11", 175 LBS, 11% body fat, my lower body is fairly strong, but my upper body is weak. My max bench is like 205 lbs. I just want to be about 8% body fat and alot strong overall. I'm have already purchased cell-tech, GNC mega man gold multi-vitamins, and I was debating what else to get to kind of tie all this together. I was considering 1AD, T-bomb, or Tribex, just something to get me some real gains?? Any suggestions? I also want something to keep my soreness to a minimum, because my recovering time seems to take forever.Just speed up the recovery process.... I work chest, bis, tris, and abs twice a week, and shoulders, back on one day, and legs another day. I only have time for 4 days a week. I also run for 20 minutes 2 days a week and swim laps the other 2 days a week. I need something to let me biuld some real mass and recover faster. Help me out please!!!!!
