My body will not gain weight, I need help
For the past 2 years I have been stuck at 180 pounds. I have stopped doing cardio. I eat at least 8 - 9000 calories a day.
Morning
5 whole eggs
2 pieces of toast with peanut butter
3 cups of OJ
Mid Morning snack
Tri-Oplex bar
1 cup of yougart
Lunch
Home made Roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese
2 cups of fruit
2 nature valley oat and honey bars
Tri-Oplex bar
Afternoon snack
Tri-Oplex bar
cup of yougart
Before work out snack
cup of peaches with cottage cheese
Dinner
half pound of chicken with 2 servings of rice
salad
green beans
before bed
protein shake
THIS IS STARTING TO GET VERY EXPENSIVE.
I finally tried a cycle of IP 50 mg dbols, and I blew up 15 pounds
I loved it. But now I have lost 10 pounds.
Anyways now I need supplement help again, Will someone please help!
Very frustrated with my progress, and pissed off at my genetics.
Sorry to bitch but please help.

sup bro i had exactly the same problem and the same body frame, its taken me a while to realise but it was totaly down to my diet and lookin at yours it seems you have the same problem. at the end of day if ya got the right diet and training 'ROUTINE' down you will grow, unless there are any medical reasons. i belive sean w meant 1-2grames of protein per lb of body weight per day :spudnikli

perhaps you are not resting enough? or perhaps you are not putting full effort into your lifting..therefore not much insulin is released, or perhaps you were losing fat and gaining muscle? try some weight gainers aswell.
(faster way to recover about 10mins after your work out is to have 2 tins of tuna in one, then a while after have a protein drink..have some anti catabolics..few hours later some L-glutamine :-) you should recover 1-2 days after weight training)

Welcome to AR. I would recommend doing some serious reading and research. There is a ton of valueable info here. I have a few questions for you: How old are you? How long have you been running your higher calory diet? Are you using a journal to track your training and meals taken each day? Are you monitoring your progress - weekly and monthly. It is very helpful to create a baseline (where you are today) to best track your results going forward (whether positive or negative) so that you can make appropriate changes. It also makes it easier for you to asked targeted questions for you to get the best answers.

Welcome. That diet you laid out is NOT 8000 calories or even close. You are undereating. Bump it up to 6000 REAL ACTUAL CALORIES and you WILL gain weight...I guarantee it.
