Another New Memebr!!
Hi all
Just wanted to introduce myself as there is some great info on here (alot for me to learn).
I am 6'3 and weight about 200lbs i think, dont know BF. I did the body for life in 2000 and that got me hooked on weight training. My goal is to get to 220lbs and put on some good muscle mass.
I am currently benching about 225LBS Bench and Squating about 260LBS but want increase that weight. i am having trouble, any ideas????
i have never juiced but will look at doing something after i learn more about it.

Your stats are similar to mine when I first came to AR (before I actually signed up).
Do some searches on how to increase your squat...there are some really good bros on here that know their stuff on how to get stronger.
Check out the member "bigolegs" threads on squats.
Also search for westside barbell on the internet.
