Hey all,

Just thought I would make a post here and say hey. I am a country boy transplant in Florida for my post military career. I am 26 and have gotten WAYYYY out of shape since leaving the military. Started hitting the gym hard for the new year and have been killing myself! Friend got me a trainer and just doing ridiculous reps with a moderate weight...

Welcome brother! I hear ya about the military. My buddy went through the same thing but keep your head up. We are here to help one another.

Thanks everyone. For some odd reason though, I have been really hitting the gym hard lately and actually find myself waiting for the evening so I can get to sleep to wake up and workout. I know...It's weird. I think that there becomes a point of total disgust though when you see yourself out of shape and just charge hard.

I did order some 1-AD, 4Derm, and 6-OXO before this ban gets in effect. I am not going to mess with it for a few more months until I cut up a little more and feel fantastic. Then I will get back to my high school days!
