    New Guy on da Block

Found this site and was impressed very quickly. Quick background, lifted all my life (47 years young) for exercise until ten years ago. Had a auto wreck, shattered my right pelvis, shattered my upper right arm, broke left wrist, left ankle, bla, bla bla. Any way, after 8 operations, plate and 13 screws in my hip, plate and 8 screws in my upper right arm, Doc said i"m as good as I'm gonna get, so do what I want at this point.
Started seriously lifting about six months ago.
Have always thought about "juice" but never have. Might not ever, figure I better educate myself first.
My right arm and leg are about 20% weaker than left side. Need to get that even first.
Does anyone know of adverse affects juicing and metal plates?
