    Not new to the boards, but new to this one

    I was a regular on fitnessgeared and then a moderator at superiormuscle until i lost intrest in the boards. Some times you get tired of the same old same old. In the last couple weeks my intrest has renewed, and I decided to venture to some different boards. I look to make AR (or is it just steriod ?) one of my new homes.

    not natural, or i have done plenty of cycles. currently 230ish @ 5'10
