    Hello!!

    Hello everyone, I been searching boards for about 3 years and this board looks great, I hope and can learn a lot from the people that reside here!! I love bodybuilding and nutrition, but I'm still a novice just learning everything I can. My Stats are
    5'10
    232
    with to much bodyfat
    I just got my diet in order and started doing cardio, so I hope that changes.

    Thanx, I've been training for about 3 years seriously, and have gained alot of muscle, but until recently my diet has sucked, and I put on some fat over those three years. But I started at 175 lbs and I weigh 230 today. So far so good, just got to cut some body fat!! Thanx again for the welcome!!

    Thanx t-money, I've been looking through the diet forums and found some pretty good info., but the diet I'm currently doing is the low carb diet and so far it seems to be working.
