New 'Old' guy on the block

Hey guys what's up? I just wanted to say and introduce myself to you all. I'm new to the site, but not new to the sport. I was a serious lifter in the late 80's early 90's but then I decided I wanted a family. Since then I am back at it and have really been getting involved in the sport again in the past few years. I just stumbled on this site a few days ago and decided to become a member.

I look forward to learning new things and shareing my knowldge with all of you so drop me a line if you have any questions that I can maybe help you with.

So lets let the good times roll and work together to get swole!
