Hello everyone... new here 27 5'9" around 180 w/ 15- 17 %bf no cycle exp yet, getting ready to start 1st soon. Good workout habits, crappy diet habits.
Anyways from what I can tell, you guys all seem very helpful, and knowledgable. I'd appreciate any help you can offer and look forward to learning from you, and sharing any useful info & experience I come across.Thanks for having me.
