Finally Registered
Hi guys,
I wanted to introduce myself. I have been coming here, and reading for quite a long time, and just now got around to registering.
I recently turned 30, and I lift regularly about 5 or 6 times a week. I'm 6'3" and 295 lbs. (would like to be 275 or so)
My workout partner is 6'1" and a super lean 260 lbs. He's got a 500+ lb bench press, and he uses AS. He is always telling me how much bigger and stronger I would be if I used them too. So I origionally came here to research, and see if he knew what he was talking about.
Up until now I haven't used anything that couldn't be bought in a health food store, and I've gotten my bench up to 445. But thats about as far as I can go, as I dont seem to be making any noticeable gains anymore.
When I origionally came here, I was trying to design my first bulking cycle, and after alot of reading , and alot of thought about it, I think I am going to diet hard ,and cardio my ass off, work my least favorite areas to work, and lift with higher reps and lower wieght for a couple of months, and see if that gets me what I want.
I'm sure I'll be posting some questions in the diet section. Huge thanks to all of the knowledgable people here, this site is awesome!
