    Smile Been Lurking Awhile

    First of all, This site rocks!

    I've been lurking for quite sometime and have gained a great deal of knowledge. I am 38 6'2" 235 and about 10% bf. I've been training hard for about 5 years, and off and on for 15 before that. I am midway through my first cycle of 50mg ed anavar for 10 weeks. I've only gained about 5lbs, but the difference in the mirror is a nice change. I have always appeared lean but suspect I held my abdominal fat below the muscles. The anavar seems to have helped that issue immensly. I am quite content with my size and am now on a mission to refine what I have. I had to add a little proviron to the mix for libido issues. I will be using clomid for my pct. Then I plan to take a four month break and do a prop/anavar cycle.....
