    Moved Back To Dallas From Europe, Need Help

    Hi Guys and Gals, I just moved back to Dallas from a 5 year stay in Europe. I dont know anyone here and I dont know the best places to train, whats going on, who to talk to etc. etc. etc. I was talking with the SysAdmin who I was importing products from to Europe and he suggested I get on the forum and start to meet some people and get some relationships going. Sooooo here I am and hope to meet up with and talk with some good people so I can get back on track with things. I am a competitive bodybuilder right now a bit low in my weight (about 225 - 230) due to my recovering from shoulder surgery about 1 month ago. Hopefully in a few weeks I will be able to start ramping things up again and look at the best time to go for the next comp.

    So any advice about all the little things us muscle heads need to know to bodybuild in Dallas is greatly appreciated. I am starting from scratch here so the more info and help the better!
