    Lightbulb Been on for a little while but never introduced myself.

    Hey bros. I've been with the site for a little while but never introduced myself. I am currently in grad school for physical therapy and have around a year left to finish up my doctorate. I am currently a certified CSCS and PES (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist / Performance Enhancement Specialist) and have training experience for around 9 years. I am 6' 3" and weigh 250 w/ 5-6% bodyfat. I love the site so far and em excited to keep learning.

    Also, I have been getting a few PM's about injurys and questions that you guys might have. I will be more then happy to give you my analysis of whatever question you may have. I am, however, a full-time student and have work, and my lifting schedule so if I don't get back to you in the next 2 hours thats why. But I will respond within 24 hours....

    well thats good to know becuase my ****en shoulders being a bitch for tha past 7 months and i can only make it somewhat better nothing has healed it!!! oh ya WELCOME !!!!!!!!
