New here...Just trying to learn
Well I have been working out pretty consistently 4-5 days a week for about 2 years, but the diet isn't always up to par. I am really looking to start cutting up, and just found this site and so far its been very informative. I am about 6' and 205 lbs...would like to get down to a LEAN 190. Just thought I would introduce myself, and now its time to do some more research into ecy and eca stacks...I will also be posting my diet in the diet section for some critiquing.
