Just got into the gym again and this time doing it right. I'm in a 12 week challange so I hope my progress i've recorded can help others and in turn others advice can help my self.

12 week challenge
It's a 12 week recorded challenge. you weigh yourself take a body fat (%) and take measurements. after 12 weeks you see how good you've done. in a month and a half i've gone up 16 lbs and feel good. I started this challenge all natural but think i'll start a cycle after May. I'm doing my research on sources and product now.
