    wats upp

    wats up fellas..i was on this site a few years ago. i just signed up again with a new name.
    i been at it consistant, with a few injuries here and there, 2 that kept me out for 2 months each....sucks, cuz its like ur starting over.

    no cycles for me lately, at least not for awhile..i been trying to do the natural thing..ive noticed i look and feel alot better, working hard, dieting, and being dedicated than just taken a cycle here and there..

    im at 183-185 right now at 6'...i want to lose a few pounds of fat, and cut up more, before i start to throw on more pounds...
