This site rocks.
Have never dun a cyckle yet and I guess I never will.....
But the pharma stuff is really interesting though.
All my freinds (old ones) has dun loads of cyckles, and pretty much all of them whent pear shaped and tits up..... Mental institution, jail you name it....
I have been lifting for about 10 years on/off, but have been out for aprox. 2 years now.
Right now I have hugh gains, each workout I can add approx. 10Ibs on the bar, but I think I will get a platou soon.
Right know I am hitting hard on bench, squat, and deadlift rather than the fancy "pro" stuff with cabels and so on... Just good ol` basic exc.
I think it was the lack of those basic exc. that stopped me from getting gains last training period...
