I found this page a while ago while searching some information on fat burners. I've been lifting for 6 years and running for about 13 years. My goal is to be in very good aerobic shape combined with low bf% and some muscle. I usually focus on aerobic conditioning about 8month/years and lift and eat heavy for the other 4. This seems to bo a good combination...
I'm not going to use steroids, because they mess up your own production and you loose your gains easily, so I'm only interested in stuff like eca, clen, dnp, hgh and igf-1. The last two are pretty **** expensive in Finland and what I've heard most seems to be fakes. DNP is something I've wanted to use, but it's really **** hard to get your hands on anything here. Everything is banned and customs seems to be very tight. **** I hate the lack of freedom we have here! Finland sucks for the serious athlete! :frown:
