this is my first cycle. im taking 50mg dbol 500mg of test . ive been on for 4 weeks and only gained 7 lbs . what am i doing wrong? my boy says i look like im getting bigger but i dont see it . my strength has jumped alot but no weight gain

were you expecting to gain ten pounds a day? most of the time when people aren't gaining weight, it's because they aren't eating enough of the right stuff and their training is off.
Diet most likely sucks.
