    New guy here....

    Sorta new to the bodybuilding arena....have been a recreational lifter for about 6 years (wife told me to lose a few...then a couple of months ago the doc told me to lose a LOT ) Have two wonderful teenage sons that are the joy and sometimes the bane of my existance )

    Hope to learn a bit more about lifting from you folks here, so just wanted to say Howdy ! and hope y'all have a good one !

    My doc told me about this place and showed me the site at his office. He's been a bodybuilder for a number of years, and said that even though he rarely posts he thinks you guys have some of the best advice for guys like me.....especially since I can't be buggin' him day & night

    Thanks Workdude & Juddman,

    Yes my doctor showed me the site. He said he has only posted a few times, but that he reads your site because he finds more information here than in JAMA or other medical journals.

    Yeah he says that he will soon be putting me on some sort of "hormone therapy" and mentioned HGH. From checking out the site the last couple of days I think I'll be able to read a lot about "hormone therapy" around here
