Hello people, I am new to this whole thing but I am in need of some info. I am 6'2 350 and I have a friend who introduced me to clem and Cynomel. I have read all the good and bad about them but I have tried many diets with no luck. Im going to give myself a "push" and was hoping someone could kinda guide me as far as a diet or workout since I am looking for massive fat loss. My goal is to lose 100 lbs. of fat. I am a big man by frame alone meaning my fat is pretty well distributed throughout my body. I have never taken these kinda pills so any info would be appreciated. Thanks
