    Post Gettin back into the game

    I've been out of lifting for close to two years now and my fat ass def shows it. Havent done a cycle yet I need to get my foundation before i do a cycle.

    Let me know how my regiment is...

    Monday - Legs
    Squats
    Leg Press
    Leg Extension
    Straight leg Deadlift
    Leg Curls
    Seated Leg Curls
    Seated Calf Raise
    Calf Raise

    Tuesday - Chest
    Benchpress
    Decline Benchpress
    Incline Benchpress
    Pec Decks

    Wen - Back
    Incline Rows
    Bent over row
    Seated Rows
    Pullovers
    Laat pulldown
    Deadlifts
    back extension

    Thur - Arms
    Closegrip benchpress
    tricept extension
    Pushdown
    one arm extension
    barbell curl
    preacher curls

    Friday - Shoulders & abs
    Shrugs
    military press
    front raise
    upright rows
    lat raises
    incline crunch
    leg raises

    i have yet to figure out my diet plans so any suggestion for that would be cool. I'm going with the 6 meals a day (three of which would probably be protein shake or something) Supplments to include ZMA, omega stack, multi-vitamin, creatine and amino acid.


    how does that sound?
