    Saying How do

    Well i am looking forward to the use of the forum, i have been out of the loop for a few years do to a major accident, but have just got cleared to be able to lift weights again. Although my best bud was my source he died in Iraq last year so now i guess the nightmare is going to begin. Although i am thinking of telling my Dr either u can prescribe me it, or i am going to get another way, we'll see what she says. Anyway looking forward to the boards, and am already getting a chuckle, somethings never change.
