I'm new...just wanted to see what you think of my cycle

Hey this is my first cycle just wanted to get some input

500mg of test E/wk for 10 weeks
300mg of Deca/wk for 10 weeks
30mg of Dbol/day for 4 weeks

10mg of nolvadex/day for 10 weeks

I weigh 210lbs and have been lifting for about 9 years now.

what do you recommend calorie and protein intake while on this cycle?

make sure you have proper pct and run the test longer than the deca. What is your cycle history? by the way... welcome!

you do not need decca and dbol in 1st cycle

just do test 500mg/12 weeks & proper pct

I weigh about 210lbs with approx. 12-13% body fat...I am sorry about the first post I shouldve put in that it was my first cycle stacking different gear....last summer I ran test and have also used clen before

hmmmmmm if u want a good gain... u need to concentrate on the nutritional plans..

i plan on using the recommended clomid

Cool.... like I said before, I would run the test longer than the Deca.. other than that, good luck!

Oh yeah , one last thing.... personally, I would run the Deca for at least 12 weeks.. but what do I know, I'm just a doctor
