    To all AR bros...

    After years of searching and viewing many different fourms/sites for info, this is the one I wanted to join. This fourm for the most part seems to have the largest amount of serious bodybuilders who are interested in helping out as well as sharing their lifestyle. Far too may fourms have alot of weak**s bi***es who just want to argue and say things they could never back up. Props to all the members, mods, esp SC, for keeping this site hardcore and helpfull.
