    Hello, excellent site!

    Hi, I'm 21 years old and I'm very glad I found this place. I've been working out for almost 3 years now. I used to weight 260lbs with a BF% close to 40! and now I'm at 183lbs and a BF% of 15 I could not be happier! I'm thinking about doing my first cycle within the next month and this site has provided me with very useful information. Keep up the good work.

    Congrats on the weight loss Bro. How are those abs coming in? You should post a before and after as to give some of the bigger guys trying to cut down something to shoot for.

    Thanks guys. I've been working on my abs and they are right there. Not ripped but they are visible. I'll post some before and after pics, you'll be shocked.
