Hi,

Just wanted to say hi to everyone here at the forum.

First off, I did make the mistake of posting for sources. Yes, I didn't read the fine print. I joined late last night, and posted before I went to bed. Then I woke up this morning and jumped online only to find out that I should have researched a little more, before jumping in. To the people that I offended, I'm sorry. It won't happen again. This place is a wealth of info, and I'm glad I did join.

A little about me. I'm 39, never juiced before. I'm a part-time musician, and lived the life-style of one until I was 34. Then I realized that it was affecting my marriage, and my step-kids were beginning to see that I wasn't all there. But most improtantly, I wasn't feeling good about myself. I made a complete turn-around, and got into running and weights. But of course, you can't put on any weight when you are running 5 miles a day, and then lifting 3 days a week, for 2 hours or more. ( I know, but I had to learn the hard way ) So about 3 months ago, I started researching it a bit more, and I put on more muscle and feel and look better than ever. I split my routines up, spend less time working out, and eat a lot more. Cardio is down ( Work out on the Gazelle ) to 3 days a week, 20 minutes a session at a mild pace, and at least 8 hours apart from my work-outs.

Why am I here? Well, I'm thinking about using. And I want to be informed about it, and this looks like a great place to start. I just have to slow it down, and be patience and learn more. Meet and talk to people here, and keep building clean until I am accepted. Besides, it will give me a chance to build up a good base for the gear.

Again, I'm sorry for the newbie mistakes. I hope to meet a lot of new and informative people here at this forum.
